Another four patients who have recovered from COVID-19 were discharged from the coronavirus referral hospital in Paralimni on Sunday, the Cyprus News Agency reports.
It said that at 7 pm on Sunday there were 36 patients at Famagusta General Hospital, four of them in the increased care unit.
The four were discharged after their second coronavirus test came back negative.
Another six are are expected to be discharged tomorrow and transferred to the Eden Resort Rehabilitation, Wellness, Assisted Living in Tersephanou which has been contracted by the government to accommodate patients discharged from hospital with mild or no symptoms until they test negative.
The centre can accommodate up to 100 people at a time and the agreement covers medical monitoring.
