“In recent years, digital technologies have become an integral part of our lives, offering educational opportunities for effective teaching and learning both inside and outside schools.

“Through the use of online tools and environments, which support distance learning, in a modern or even asynchronous way, the opportunity is given to access education to all students,” he added.

He also said that the possibility of access to learning without geographical and time constraints allows the learning population and teachers to manage learning flexibly.

As he said, the support of students through modern technology varies depending on the age of the children and varies both in terms of type and form depending on the purpose of each action.

“In this context, our Ministry provides the educational community from the first days of the suspension of study, services and support in the use of digital technologies in a way that enhances and supports the student process and learning outcomes of all students. and schoolgirls. Specifically, we proceeded through asynchronous distance education, the posting of useful, creative and other material for students of all ages and classes, on the Ministry’s website, but also on school websites “, he added.

In addition, starting with the students in the Lyceum and then in the Gymnasiums, but even in the last grades of the Primary School, daily lessons are taught through modern distance education, in order to communicate with the students. maintaining a sense of community and order, but also continuing learning.

“The difficulties that arose, such as issues of access to technology and the use of technology either by students or by teachers or issues of familiarity with technology itself, were not able to stop the course and the effort. We have made efforts to remotely enhance awareness and knowledge in the use of technological means. We have covered a lot, I must say, and the need for equipment and internet connection in children’s homes, we are moving forward and building important infrastructure for the future, “he added.
