New call centre to inform citizens for repatriates

Call center for Repatriates citizens

A new call centre is being set up to inform citizens who will be repatriated. An announcement states that in the context of the repatriation process of Cypriot citizens and with the aim of facilitating communication with the beneficiaries, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announces the operation of a new call centre.

The call center will communicate with the beneficiaries to confirm their interest in repatriation, the date of their return based on the flights that will be scheduled in the near future as well as their departure airport.

Aegean will then contact them for a ticket.

The call centre is staffed by volunteers from the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, the Zenon Center, the Civil Defense and Hermes.
