Police are investigating the case after a 13-year-old girl was hit by a car and injured on Monday in Tseri. Lakatamia police is investigating the case.
The girl reportedly attempted to cross Strovolos avenue at around 6.30pm when a passing car hit her.
Police officers rushed to the scene while the girl was taken to Nicosia general hospital by ambulance;
She was diagnosed with a fractured pelvis and concussion and transferred to Makarios hospital.
Investigations into the causes of the accident are ongoing.
