Alphamega Hypermarkets took lead in Cyprus Digital Marketing Awards

Alphamega Hypermarkets took lead as one of the biggest winners of the Cyprus Digital Marketing Awards 2021, winning seven honours at the event. The Awards reward the most important trends and innovative and effective practices in Digital Marketing and eBusiness.

The Press and Information Office, in cooperation with Boussias Cyprus, organised the Awards, while winners were chosen by a multi-member judging committee, comprised of renowned media-, marketing-, communication- and business-sector professionals.

Alphamega won three Gold awards in the categories “Best Customer Experience”, “Best Digital Marketing Strategy for eCommerce” and “Best Website Transformation (Redesign-Relaunch)”, one Silver award in the “Best e-shop / Marketplace” category, two Bronze awards in “Best Use of Stories” and “Best Use of Data”, as well as “eBusiness of the Year”, one of the evening’s special awards.

“These distinctions reward the vision and hard work of Alphamega Hypermarkets’ people, in terms of the Organisation’s digital transformation,” stated Alphamega Hypermarkets’ Chief Marketing Officer Yiannis Ioannou.

“We are particularly pleased that our effort to introduce innovation and digital tools to the entire range of our business operations to benefit consumers, has been fully acknowledged by both the consumer public, as well as professionals of our sector and others,” he continued.

“Our goal is to continue to set the bar high as a leader in our sector, while at the same time staying creative.”
